Office Cleaning
We have been cleaning offices in the City of London since 2008, and we have become very good at it indeed. We have brought the same work ethos to Ghana's high-end short lets, managed apartments and office complexes
Our operatives are well trained, pleasant, CRB checked and fully insured.
Cleaning operations are undertaken during work hours and out of business hours, depending on the nature of the building. Provision are made for the cleaning of toilets, replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, soap, etc.) plus litter picking and quick response call outs. Cleaning and Management is scheduled as a series of "periodic" tasks: daily, weekly, monthly, etc as necessary.
We have long-term contracts directly with companies managing their own offices and also act as subcontractor to Chartered Surveyors and other Office Management Companies who usually manage communal areas and building structures.
We also clean other sensitive commercial properties such as Gymnasiums and Surgeries where we can really apply our Environmental Health background.
All cleaning staff are supervised. The quality of work is checked on a regular basis by unannounced visits to sites.
Material Safety Data Sheets are provided on site for all cleaning agents, which operatives are required to read before use.
All cleaning sites are provided with a First Aid Kit.
Communicating with our clients and keeping them happy is our strong point.
All staff are provided with a copy of our Health & Safety Policy and Environment Policy as compulsory reading.
